High surface area and porosity SBA-16 was synthesized used as support for Ni nanoparticles using three methods including wet impregnation, citric acid-assisted ammonia evaporation. All the studied samples showed high activity in CO2 reforming of methane reaction, however, best catalytic behavior found catalyst derived from Based on characterization techniques, it assumed that improvement Ni/SBA-16-AE performance due to strong metal-support interaction resulting formation Ni-phyllosilicate.
